Create Solutions
At WtC, we do Things Differently
WtC creates solutions that address the needs of those living and working within your municipality. Our efforts entail extensive collaboration and involvement with your community, which allows us to learn about their issues from their perspective and create solutions with their input.
“I always lead with the intention of securing the good in others, which in turn means I have secured my own. We all have a responsibility to be the change we want to see in this world, and one can never doubt the power of a small group of thoughtful, caring, passionate, and committed citizens and their ability to make the change they want to see in their community. Our commitment to every community we engage with is to create a pathway for them to use their voices and ensure that they are heard.”
– Nicole McKinney, WtC Founder & Director
When we say Community Involvement, we Mean It
As part of our project with the City of Brantford to conduct a diversity audit and enhance equity and inclusion within the municipality, we have collaborated with over 20 organizations to understand the needs of the community, and this list will keep growing as we continue this project.
