We offer comprehensive services that are customized to you in order to help you understand the experiences of those that have been historically excluded at your organization. We will help you unlearn, dismantle, reimagine, and create a new workplace that is inclusionary and allows everyone to thrive.
Organizational Audit & Evaluation
We assess your organization to get a better understanding of the behaviours, actions, and language surrounding anti-racism as well as the integration of anti-racist practices within your policies, procedures, systems, and culture. Our assessment is used in conjunction with our own proprietary tools to evaluate your organization to celebrate successes and identify targeted intervention areas.
Facilitated Workshop Sessions
We facilitate workshop sessions that will help your leadership and staff develop their understanding on various topics such as anti-Black racism, anti-Indigenous racism, 2SLGBTQIA+, and disability, as well as the intersectional component of these identities. These interactive sessions will push participants out of their comfort zones as they do the deep, introspective work and begin to understand the harm they are causing by maintaining the status quo.
Implementation Support
We support your organization as you create new practices, policies, systems, and a culture that is inclusive of all people. We lend different perspectives to help you understand the impact of choices made and to prevent unintentional exclusion. We assess the impact of changes made to ensure that meaningful progress is occurring. As your organization grows, we help identify additional training needs and provide necessary support.
WtC’s approach to anti-racism training involves education, introspection, and open dialogue between those with power and those without.
By providing a brave space for the intentionally ignored to share their often painful work and life experiences, allies can begin to better recognize their place of privilege. They can discover how their position can be leveraged to close inequality gaps within the system and can transform themselves by taking ownership of their own behaviours and actions. This will allow for new level of understanding to guide them in creating meaningful opportunities for those who have historically been kept out of the loop.

We celebrate the work already done but acknowledge the need for ongoing training in an ever-changing world. We provide additional training for identified areas of need, periodically reassess your organization to ensure real change is being achieved, and support you as you implement changes.
